These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bg678 and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bg678. By registering or using the platform, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

bg678 may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.
4. Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bg678 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately secure your credentials. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services and update it if you suspect it has been compromised.
- Never share your Account login details with any third party. bg678 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
bg678 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Transactions are processed through approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and local bank transfer. The following payment terms apply to all accounts:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made using approved payment methods are typically credited to your bg678 Wallet within seconds of a confirmed transfer.
- Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer. bg678 does not guarantee processing times for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- bg678 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed.
- All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before they may be withdrawn, unless the deposit was made as part of a bonus offer with a higher stated rollover requirement.
- bg678 does not accept deposits made using funds belonging to third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

bg678 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion description:
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only and may not be claimed more than once per player, household or device.

Without limiting the foregoing, bg678 specifically excludes liability for the following:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service provider outages or force majeure events.
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of a third-party payment service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or any bank) to fund your bg678 Account, where such loss arises from the third-party provider's actions or systems.
- Losses resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your Account, including losses from unauthorised access where you shared or failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
11. Suspension and Termination
bg678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bg678 reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false or misleading registration information; (c) your Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; (d) you have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (e) continued operation of your Account poses a risk to bg678, other users or the integrity of the Platform.
If your Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds will be forfeited. Balances comprising your own deposited funds and verified winnings will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification and bg678's fraud review process.
12. Amendments to These Terms
bg678 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bg678 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via their registered contact details. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of resolving the dispute. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bg678 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in cases of fraud, intellectual property infringement or Platform security breaches.
